Union Mutual of Vermont Selects ImageRight,

ImageRight, a technical solutions and services provider, announced that Union Mutual of Vermont, headquartered in Montpelier, Vt. will implement ImageRight’s software in their Personal Lines operations as the company’s document management and workflow solution.

“ImageRight’s Insurance Focused Document Management and Integrated Advanced Workflow Solution delivers unprecedented productivity gains and customer service improvements for over 190 insurance companies, agents, brokers, and MGAs,” said the bulletin. It added that, “every feature and function of the ImageRight solution was developed at the request of an Underwriter, Claims Adjuster, IT personnel, operations manager, or executive of one of our clients.”

The bulletin also noted that its solutions are “specifically designed for the insurance industry,” and that it has “several implementation models to choose from, depending on the insurance organization’s size, the complexity of workflows and the procedures the organization are most accustomed to using internally.”
