Unfortunately I was insured by Connecticare for a few months… fortunately it was only a few months. I have never had such a terrible experience with customer service, health coverage being denied, basic medications being denied, and an all around horrible experience. It is by far the worst provider I have ever experienced, and definitely not up to its clout of top 5. Buyer beware.
