N.Y.’s Kaye Insurance Renamed Hub Northeast

New York-based Kaye Insurance Associates Inc. , a subsidiary of Hub International Limited (NYSE:HBG)(TSX:HBG), is being renamed Hub International Northeast Limited and will be doing business as HUB International Northeast (HUB Northeast).

The name change is a result of Hub’s corporate-wide effort to build stronger national brand awareness.

Kaye Insurance Associates has been part of the Hub International group of companies since June 2001. Founded in 1952, Kaye is a northeast regional broker offering personal and commercial coverage with offices in Manhattan; Woodbury, New York; Westport, Connecticut; as well as Parsippany, Bordentown, and Iselin, all in New Jersey.

Marc I. Cohen is Hub Northeast president and chief executive officer.

Headquartered in Chicago, Ill., Hub International Limited is a North American insurance brokerage that provides a broad array of property and casualty, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk management products and services through offices located in the United States and Canada.
