I don\’t sit down and sell Medicare Part D to seniors. However, many of these people undoubtedly could use the help of a professional discussing long-term care and other insurance programs. The notion that the gov\’t can prohibit the discussion of problem solving for seniors becaue they are \”too confused\” to understand it is outrageous and insulting and ultimately deprives seniors of the opportunity to address key issues that are going untouched.

Medicare already stipulates how an agent can market Part C and Part D products. Guess medicare is going to modernize itself again and provide coverages that are not in Medicare right now to protect our seniors from other financial hardships. At least state regulators are maintaining job security by passing laws and implementing regulations that are alread on the books.
