Progressive has opened a new service center in Pennsylvania where insureds with damaged vehicles can drop off their cars, get a ride to a rented one and hand off the processing a repair job to the
company.
Those using the center – which is located about 10 miles north of Philadelphia, in Willow Grove – can be on their way to a rental car within 15 minutes of dropping their vehicle off, the company said.
The service is free to Progressive customers, and those involved in an accident with Progessive customers. Repairs are guaranteed by both Progressive and the body shop for as long as the customer owns or leases the vehicle.
The Willow Grove site is Progressive’s 54th; the company received a patent for the concierge claims method last year.
