Insurers need to be aware that Nationwide pick and choose what they pay…they will pay some of your claim but not all they pull that wear and tear bit and you have to end up paying most of it out of your pocket…they gave me back my car still damaged and undriveable. Unbelievable!
I can’t think of a case where NW has never NOT paid a claim: Personal or Commercial. Or where the insured ever was not satisfied. However, I’m sure it can happen. For a real horror story, try GEICO if you think you had bad claim service
