High school students also need to learn insurance basics. They need to understand how tickets and accidents affect their insurance rates. They need to understand that insurance does not pay for everything in every instance.
Somebody should spend some time eductating our legislators in New Jersey on matters of insurance; they still think that my having liability insurance protects someone else.
