    We live in an environment where more and more rules and regulations are being pushed out. Unfortunately that will not change anytime soon. But can’t the regulators at least put some time and thought into the potential impact before pushing out a new regulation? This is a perfect case where a little forethought would have reduced or eliminated big problems.
