What Mass. had a choice in creating in response to their own needs and desires will now morph into an all consuming bureaucratic bottomless pit forced on everyone else. If the enacting legislation required 2,700 pages of mystery meat, what is your expectation of the enabling regulations?? It’s no wonder that the one place in the country where real estate and construction is booming is Wash DC!
I think it’s just great that a true bipartisan effort created a healthcare program. Signed into law by a Republican and championed by a Democrat.
