Insurance Office of America (IOA) of Longwood, Florida, has acquired Thomas J. Hornung & Associates, an independent insurance agency in the Wilmington, Delaware area.
Thomas J. Hornung, who founded the agency in 1997, and all employees will join the IOA team. They will continue to operate under the Hornung brand, with national services and access to additional carriers from IOA.
IOA is ranked 13th on Insurance Journal’s 2015 Top 100 Independent Property/Casualty Agencies report. IOA has more than 50 branch offices in the U.S. and an international office in London.
