Aon Re Global announced the appointment of Mike Reynolds to the position of chief financial officer. He replaces former CFO Jack Roby, who passed away in March.
Reynolds joined Aon in 1996, serving in senior financial positions with Aon Captive Services Group and Aon Re Global — U.K., and was instrumental in coordinating financial reporting, budgeting and financial compliance with Aon Re Global’s Europe — Middle East — Africa and Asia-Pacific regions.
“Recruiting and developing unmatched talent is critical as we work to deliver distinctive value and customized solutions to our clients each day,” noted Aon Re Global Chairman and CEO Michael O’Halleran. “Mike certainly embodies the best of Aon Re Global, and his background is well suited for this role.”
Reynolds has served as interim CFO for Aon Re Global since late 2006. He will continue to serve as chief financial officer of Aon Re Global — U.K., based in London.
