London-based Xchanging, a business process outsourcing company, has plans to expand its insurance offering to the North American market.
The expansion will be led by Domenick DiCicco who was appointed as head of Xchanging’s North American operations in January.
As part of the planned expansion in the North American market, Xchanging has launched the Chicago Demonstration Centre. The 24-terminal hub facility provides a hands-on demonstration of the business process utility being offered ― BPaaS (Business Processing-as-a-Service) to showcase the power of the value proposition.
DiCicco, head of North American Insurance said: “After more than a decade’s experience providing Business Processing and Software to the insurance industry across the globe, expansion in North America is the natural evolution of our growth.”
