I am glad to see the TPP in the news. The TPP is nothing short of a coup attempt. There is a reason it has been negotiated in utter secrecy. There is a reason Obama wants “Fast track” authority to prevent Congress from debating the actual content of the agreement. The reason is the TPP would seize sovereignty from the governed and turn multi-national corporations into quati-sovereign entities. It would censor speech and freedom of information across the globe. It would guarantee the continued deterioration of the environment– despite pollution so bad in China that 70+% of the water is unusable and visibility is reduced *indoors*.

Fast Track authority MUST be rejected. That is a bare minimum. The ideal would be the full public disclosure of the texts. These proposals are insidious to the point that they cannot withstand public debate. Sunlight is the best disinfectant, and this is one dirty proposal. TPP needs to be stopped dead in its tracks.
