Ohio-based Westfield Insurance has named Martha Oakes senior executive of small business accounts. Her responsibilities include overall management responsibility for the growth and profitability of the small business accounts department.

The company is a member of Westfield Group and provides commercial and personal insurance and surety services to customers in 26 states. Westfield markets its products through more than 1,200 independent insurance agencies.
