Ausco and Ohio-based Great American Insurance Company’s Executive Liability Division (ELD) will enter a new business relationship offering non-profit liability and employment practices liability insurance to select industries.
The relationship will expand Great American Insurance Company’s commitment to the non-profit sector and greatly enhance its market position to underwrite employment practices liability coverage. Great American’s ELD has underwritten Non-Profit Directors’ and Officers’ (D&O) Liability for more than 15 years.
Ausco is a managing general underwriter serving the coverage needs for non-profit organizations since 1981. Ausco will also be underwriting Great American’s ExecPro Employment Practices Liability Insurance Policy for certain industry segments.
The Great American ExecPro Non-Profit and EPL products will be available through Ausco and the Executive Liability Division. Agents and brokers will be free to submit business to either organization. Eligibility of risk varies by product and industry.
