Carmel, Ind.-based Oak Street Funding has named Brad Coffin as its manager of sales and marketing. Oak Street Funding provides capital
to insurance agencies for the purposes of including capital improvements, acquisitions and the purchase of additional customer policies.
According to Oak Street Funding, Coffin brings with him nearly ten years of experience in the insurance industry. He will oversee the sales team and drive all marketing activities for the rapidly growing firm that focuses exclusively on commission-based lending.

His background in financial services and insurance coupled with his marketing expertise will play an important role in our continued growth,” said Rick Dennen, president and CEO of Oak Street Funding. Founded in 2003, the company continues to experience tremendous growth, with 2005 growth exceeding 205 percent.
Coffin has received the Fellow, Life Management Institute and Long-Term Care Professional designations. He also earned an MBA degree in Marketing at Butler University and maintains life and health insurance licenses in Indiana.
Prior to joining Oak Street Funding, Coffin served as regional vice president for OneAmerica’s State Life division where he oversaw regional sales growth and was responsible for recruiting and training both insurance agents and marketing companies. He also served as a regional vice president at Conseco and Penn Treaty.
