    Monica,

I was a Identity Theft Detective for 16 years. I served on the US Secret Service Financial Crimes Task Force for almost 5 years. I am now CEO of an Identity Theft Consulting firm. I can refer to to the proper location to investigate wire fraud. I am familiar with and have investigated the exact scam you are talking about. Call me for details and I\’ll give you the name of the person in charge of wire fraud investigations in your area, not just an agency phone. My toll fre number is 877-361-9894 x706
