New York-based Holborn Corp., a provider of reinsurance brokerage services, today announced the opening of its Kansas City office. Serving clients in the Central and West U.S. regions, the office is headed by Jeffrey H. Daniels, a vice president of the firm. Joining Daniels on the brokering staff is Kathy A. Sandberg, an assistant vice president.
“Our new Kansas City footprint is about making good on our commitment to stay close to our clients and their issues. With the growth in our client base as well as our brokerage ranks, this is a natural expansion for us in our quest to deliver personalized service to our clients,” Sandberg said.
Frank Harrison, Holborn’s CEO, said that, “Holborn has a strong allegiance to its mid-American and western presence. And with this office complementing the production activities of our Minneapolis branch, our business development efforts will be even more robust. ”
Holborn Corporation identifies itself as an independent reinsurance brokerage firm headquartered in New York City. Through the adoption of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) during 1998, it became exclusively owned by its employees.
