    This is not a new process! Illinois has allowed PPD recovery since the 70’s for back strains, shoulders, elbows, etc without much if any objective findings. Now the state is going to force everyone to use an attorney to get the same type of arrangement. Great job! WOW govt always finds a way to increase cost for all while providing the same ending results.

    What other kinds of workers are there?
