“overworked claims adjustors…carrying caseloads several times larger than is practical.” I’m willing to bet this is true of a lot of claims organizations.
Again, it is shocking to hear of such mismanagement from Illinois; what ever happened to the good ole’ days under mayor/governor Daley…things got done then…but now we see a string of problesm…bills not being paid…politicians breaking the law…I’m so glad our president remained above all these issues and away from the riffraff while he was voting present…
surprise!surprise! can anyone be surprised at corruption and mismanagement within the state of Illinois? I am sooooo happy that I moved from the “Land of Corruption”

may very well be true, but most organizations i have been in they are not 6x the recommended load.
