Insurance Program Managers Group (IPMG) of St. Charles, Ill., has been recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work in Illinois” for 2012. This is the sixth year that IPMG has earned a spot on the “Best Places to Work in Illinois” list of employers.
The recognition program identifies the top places of employment in Illinois based on responses to employer and employee surveys regarding the workplace culture and environment. The statewide competition is conducted by the Daily Herald Business Ledger. Marketing partners are the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce and the Workforce Boards of Metropolitan Chicago. This year, 50 companies were honored —31 in the small/medium employer category and 19 in the large employer category.
A main component of the award criteria is feedback from an employee survey.
Partnering with independent agents, IPMG has been delivering products and services to public entities, long-term care providers and commercial brokers since 1997.
