Toledo, Ohio-based insurance brokerage, Hylant, has promoted Robert Crisan to the Hylant corporate employee benefits team as senior vice president, health care reform and strategic growth.
In his expanded corporate role, Crisan will be an expert resource and provide thought leadership on Health Care Reform issues, and assist local offices in concept development, renewal strategy planning, RFP responses and CE mentoring relating to employee benefits. He will also serve on the Employee Benefits Executive Committee, where he will help develop strategic alignment and direction for the company’s growing employee benefits operations.
Prior to his promotion, Crisan served as the senior vice president of employee benefits for the Michigan and Illinois region. He has more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and is a frequent public speaker on topics such as consumerism, wellness, employee education and benefit legislation.
Hylant was founded in 1935 and is a full-service insurance brokerage with 14 offices in Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee, and Florida.
