If she didn’t think it was a fair salary, then why take the job? As a business owner, many times we replace someone with a lower cost employee. And many times we replace them with a higher cost employee. It’s really about what talent level you want and how much you want to pay for it.
Pay me that salary and I will gladly take the job and you will not hear complaint #1 from me even if there are paying a male counterpart triple that!! LOL, Have a great day all :)
