It should be banned. That is why there are more accidents and fatalities across the country.

Do you support a ban on the use of all cell phones while driving, even hands-free conversations conducted via bluetooth?

Every single state has some sort of “distracted driving” law on their books. I am absolutely against texting while operating a vehicle (not in the parked position or at a stop light/sign), but these laws are already intact. They just need enforcement and not to be outlined by a new law. It’s redundant, wasteful, and unnecessarily invasive. What’s going to be specified next? Eating while driving? Drinking bottled water while driving? It’s ridiculous to me.

If a person is distracted, they’re distracted. More enforcement, less redundant, invasive laws is the way.
