    So, business wants the comp system fixed as does Rauner. But Madigan & the dems dont want it fixed. So, it wont get fixed as that would not be good for their law firms.

    I wonder what will happen….

      FFA, you could just sell Occ Acc in Illinois with Employers Liability. Hey, just get a $1,000 deductible per claim and no first aid claims would be turned it.

    Brutal fact checking here. This group is not independent; it is affiliated with American Legislative Exchange Council (ALEC), and are a member of the State Policy Network. They are a far right wing group paid for by the Koch brothers.

    Even if you ignore Insurance Journal either publishing outright propaganda or employing incompetent authors, this group has had serious problems with studies in the past, for example publishing an article explaining why Illinois’ population was decreasing due to anti-business practices, even though the population actually increased in the time frame they cited.

    I’m sure IJ will add a correction to this story and the normal people won’t be citing it for years despite actual evidence tied into reality.
