The record pace of construction in Sioux Falls isn’t letting up.
The Argus Leader reported that the city has permitted $573.4 million in construction through September, up from $546 million over the same period last year.
The city has permitted 2,243 housing units compared to 1,497 last year. Apartments are almost double last year’s 748 units.
The 577 single family houses permitted is up from 532 this time last year.
