Some 10,000 users of The Agency Manager® (TAM), the agency management system provided by Applied Systems, now have access to extended online certificate of insurance services provided by ConfirmNet Corporation.
The agreement broadens the certificate-processing capabilities Applied Systems users already have through TAM and InScope, according to Wayne Pardue, executive vice president of Applied Systems. While InScope enables TAM agencies to provide customers the ability to print, fax, mail and e-mail their own certificates, ConfirmNet’s CertificatesNow service offers new features including customized language and form capabilities, as well as various delivery methods.
The integration with TAM also extends to certificate processing via IVANS Transformation StationÔ, which is the first vendor-to-vendor integration of Transformation Station, according to Rick Morgan, executive vice president of ConfirmNet. Users access ConfirmNet’s applications and issue an insurance certificate through TAM and Transformation Station – without double entry.
CertificatesNow is ConfirmNet’s flagship product. The service enables insurance professionals and clients to outsource the entire certificate process, gaining cost savings while introducing enhanced 24×7 customer service.
