ACE Westchester Specialty Group, the U.S.-based wholesale focused excess and surplus property and casualty operation of the ACE Group of Companies, announced the formation of a new Umbrella/Excess Liability unit within its Program Division.
Dennis W. J. Burton has been appointed senior vice president to head this new product line within the ACE Westchester Specialty Group Program Division. Based in Philadelphia, Burton will report to Robert Gaffney, executive vice president of ACE Westchester Specialty Group – Program Division.
“We are pleased to announce this new product line to our commercial programs division and the addition of Dennis to our staff. The umbrella product will enhance our capability in the program market place and increase our growth potential,” Gaffney said.
Most recently, Burton had been senior vice president, Excess Casualty for ACE USA since January 2000.
