Travelers Property Casualty Corp. announced it will offer its agents a new custom software program called My Personal Info.
The new system guides policyholders through the process of collecting, organizing, recording and storing all of their personal and financial information in one place.
Available on CD or in booklet format, My Personal Info is designed to organize vital information so it is easily retrievable in an emergency. After data is entered on such topics as real estate and insurance policies, credit cards, banking, brokerage and retirement accounts, and important contact numbers, it can be saved onto a disk or printed as a report and stored in a secure location. The software is encrypted and password protected to safeguard confidential information.
“Travelers is committed to providing its independent agents with tools they can use to deliver superior service to their customers. My Personal Info is the latest offering we have developed especially for our agents,” said Clyde Fitch, Jr., president of Travelers Agency Operations. “My Personal Info is simple to use and will help customers organize and document important information, which may be needed in the unfortunate event of a loss.”
