Connective Technologies Notes TEAM-UP Download with Grange Insurance

November 12, 2003

Connective Technologies Inc. and Grange Insurance announced the signing of a contract to provide an interface solution for download policy information to their agents via the Internet.

“Connective’s TEAM-UP Download offers Grange the ability to enhance the functionality we currently provide to our agencies for download services. On-line archive retrieval provides additional real-time services for the agent and reduces our archiving support currently required through our present download system,” said Sherri Rarey, vice president of Agency Interface. “The best feature is the immediate savings we will receive by using the Internet as our communication vehicle for download.”

“TEAM-UP Download offers Property and Casualty carriers like Grange Insurance the ability to download as much information, to as many agencies as needed. It also significantly reduces their download costs and allows an easy methodology for budgeting for this service,” added David Hahn, V.P. of Business Development for Connective. “Another key feature of TEAM-UP Download is that it does not change the current download workflow of the agent.”

Ohio-based Grange Insurance was established as the Grange Mutual Casualty Company in 1935 and serves seven states: Ohio, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Tennessee and, through its affiliation with Integrity Mutual in 2002, serves Wisconsin, Iowa and Minnesota. Grange offers a variety of insurance needs as well as banking services through The Grange Bank.
