Two AIG Directors Will Not Seek Re-Election

American International Group Inc. directors Virginia M. Rometty and Michael H. Sutton will not seek re-election at the insurer’s annual meeting, an AIG filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission showed on Tuesday.

The company usually holds its annual meeting in May.

AIG has been bailed out by the U.S. government with up to $180 billion in taxpayer funds.
