    What ever happened to The McCarran-Ferguson Act of 1945. When did the Federal Government gain so much control over our business all in the cover of systemic risk.

    Now we have national healthcare reform, with a soon to be single payer system. National Insurance Organizations, Federal oversight of insurance.

    These are State issues and should remain so. Again, unconstitional power grabs.

    Separate Insurance from Banking and Banking from Insurance. If a industry entity owns more than 1% of an entity in the other industry then class that as a red flag for collusion and/or conflict of interest.
