So now that we have this employer liability side of the coin clearly stated let’s see about getting the injured contractors and the families of the deceased the “prompt relief” that the other side of the coin was supposed to provide.
Injured Contractors are litigating for years, eight and a half and still going in our case.
    Prompt?????

the contractos knew the risks they faced but they did it for love of money… not love of country. If they loved the country they would have donned the uniform……

Nan, the majority of the US Contractors are US Military Veterans.

Hello Nan. I was a US Contractor there in Iraq as a Convoy Driver, warehouseman, Equipment operator, Heavy Duty Truck Driver in Baghdad, Iraq and all over. I LOVE my Country and I always have. It also helps to have money to pay bills. But with the conditions over there. I also recieved 4 infections and another deadly scalp infections. I also lost many friends who were drivers over there. God Bless all of them and there families they left behind. Sometimes especially in this situation with US Contractors in harms way. The benefit of being taking care of companies look over. As my family and I have endured over $100,000.00 dollars give or take of my medical expenses. Not including jobs that I could not get because of all I aile now. I believe the Companies get compensated very well. And alot of them lie to us as they always have. I’m not saying don’t work for them. But watch your tail. But to that I have at least 3-4 lawsuits out because the companies charged and were paid for all kinds of stuff that we were not paid for. The US Governemnt paid them but the company failed to pay us. Also most of them get Bribes from foreign officials from those companies to get US Government contracts. Then those people Bilk the US Government out of Taxpayer dollars to make there money 1,000 fold. Not including I worked undercover for an agency which I will not tell who. But I know the company I worked for the Deputy Project manager who would get a vehicle to pass US Government QA/QC and then at nightime they would take parts off of that vehicle to pass another one. Not including tons of other stuff. And nothing was done to that person. Or that company. They were putting the US Military men and women who drove those vehicles out in Iraq and Afghanistan. From Kuwait. Mina Abdulla to be exact place where they came from in Kuwait KGL site 2008-2010. And I wore a wire and I wrote reports on a weekly or monthly time. I tried to get them to pay for what they were putting our men and women in uniform in danger. And nothing could be done. The DPM was a lying piece of dirt who bragged about the Million he made on that contract. He did nothing but lose the next 5 year contract we were trying to get. We were on a 1 year with a 1 year renewal contract. For Route Clearance vehicles. I have been in situations where I had to hang up the phone(I was on the phone with my wife), I was in Baghdad, Iraq Easter 2007. We were getting rockets in and it was hell. By the end of the day we recieved in over 100 Iranian rockets and some morters. We were locked down for the day. So Please dont say we dont deserve it. Good Day
