I am surprised that they didnt break up into 100 different territories. Soon they will give you a VP title and give you a toaster when you sell a policy.
They already hand out VP titles like its nothing and you are lucky if you receive that toaster!!

Don’t buy your insurance from a bank, they don’t care about you. Plenty of local brokers to use.
