Dr Chewy (Obamba appointee, all book sense and no real world knowledge- what else is new in this administration?) and his coharts don’t have a clue how much oil leaked AND Dr Chewy and his coharts stopped the capping of the well for 30+ days until finally letting BP shut it in like they wanted to do three days into the leak.
Go figure- they want the oil industry to look as bad as they can so Americans will agree to choke themselves.

Even Congress isn’t that stupid as they voted against taking away oil well depreciation allowance yesterday. Remember, drilling a deep water well takes a billion dollars. Quite a hefty cost of doing business, out of the relm of most businesses.

Obama’s crew guessedamated the volume of the oil spill based on the cloud of oil in the water, not by the specific quantitative content of oil to water per square meter. Much like judging the size of the fire by the smoke cloud. Bomb damage assessment by the size of the explosion. The only cloud that can be evaluated on this basis is the Obama administration’s cloud of effectiveness.
