NAS Insurance Introduces Contingency, Liability Coverage for Special Events

NAS Insurance Services has introduced special events contingency and liability programs through its new Entertainment and Sports facility. Headed by Jerid Schmickle, the programs are available to entertainment, hospitality, media and sports organizations or individuals for concerts, festivals, sporting events and special events.

NAS’ special events liability includes coverage for: general liability; excess & umbrella liability; liquor liability, hired/non‐owned auto liability; and TULIPs. Limits up to $5 million are available. In addition, NAS’ Special Events Contingency includes coverage for: cancellation, non‐appearance and abandonment; prize indemnity; and sports promotions. Limits up to $5 million are available.

NAS is an independent underwriting manager of specialty insurance with full binding authority to underwrite on behalf of Lloyd’s of London and other carriers.
