    Bipartisan? I am not familiar with that? I do not believe our legislators have ever heard of the term either. Personally I would love it if our government adopted a new modus operandi… so sure, let’s try this imaginary thing called Bipartisanship.

      Is this thing called bipartisanship even allowed in Washington anymore? I thought that was just a quaint idea from the past.
      Because this idea seems to make lots of sense, it will be DOA.

    I wonder if federal subsidies for Farm insurance premiums would rise to 60% if Iowa was not one of the first primary states?
