    Just remember that during the Bush administration they purposely kept the SEC without the required number of members. They purposely looked the other way while we Americans were financially cheated. There should never be a statute of limitations on thieviery. By causing the agency to be under staffed and under funded they were not able to actively persue law breakers. Time for the financial community to stand up and DEMAND law enforcement and prosecution of law breakers. One illegal transaction can do more financial harm than 10 welfare cheats in a year. Time to get serious about the real law breakers.
