Bernanke is not a high ranking government official. He is a high ranking member of a private banking cartel masquerading as a government institution.

In the other hand, if the court would simply throw out Greenberg’s STUPID lawsuit for being the waste of time that it is, this whole thing would go away and no one would have to worry about it – period.

What makes a government official so precious that they cannot stand on trial? Aren’t they servants of the American People? And if he cannot stand on trial because his department needs him, then please make sure he gets no vacation, no weekends off, nothing, as any of that would take him away from deceiving the American People, I mean doing his job.

They shouldn’t bother Bernanke. He is needed to help Obama drive our economy into the ground. They’ve almost reached their goal of doubling the national debt during their control of the country.
With a little luck they’ll get it over 20 Trillion. Perhaps we better learn to speak Chinese….
PS: Bernanke not really a servant of the American people. He is part of the Obama “cartel” along with Holder, Reid, and the rest of his puppets with their tax and spend mentality.

Should have let them go under. “Hank” is upset that he, along with shareholders, were short changed in the bailout. How much would his shares be worth today with no bailout? Regardless of your political affiliation or if you agree/disagree with the bailout it sure comes across as ungrateful to sue for a poor deal that seems to have benefited you and the other shareholders immensely.
