The ruling may not make much difference. My company filed 12/05/12 and was not even put under review till 6/13. They can stall the process by slowing down the reviews, because the court ruling didn’t order them expedite payments.
if the judge has made his ruling then why bp not been given a time limit as to when payments need to be made..all the waiting is putting more and more stress on people waiting for their second round of payments that should have already been paid..some people have not even received their 1st round of payments..so why don’t the court demand a date as to when the checks need to be issued and if they are not issued by that date the court will then add another 2 billion dollars to be issued out to the people who know they already received payments..bp agreed to the settlement they need to get over it and stop all of the bs.and make the payments and be done with it.
