Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has entered the fiduciary liability market and named Rhonda Prussack as vice president, Fiduciary Liability, to lead the effort.
According to Dan Fortin, senior vice president, Executive and Professional Lines, BHSI, Prussack will work with BHSI customers and brokers to bring to market products for ERISA-related exposures.
Prussack has 24 years of experience in fiduciary liability insurance, most recently as executive vice president, Fiduciary Liability at AIG. Before moving into underwriting, Prussack was senior retirement plan consultant at Dean Witter Reynolds, a stock brokerage and securities firm.
