    There will always be a 50-50 chance. Either it does or doesn’t. Close all “climate” prediction centers, we can spend our money better at the local fortune telling center…..at least there you get happy ending….lol.

    Tell it to the state of Hawaii. It’s unfortunately not below normal for them right now.

      Too bad for all those people out there insured with Demotech rated carriers. That reinsurance for the one in one hundred year storm ain’t gonna cover that 2 in one week storm damage. Should be a wake up call for some agents that quote that crap.

    And if IJ really gave a crap about the consumer they would do a story on the difference between being AM Best rated and Demotech rated.

    What are the requirements from both rating agencies? How do they differ? How many since the start of Demotech ratings have filed BK from each agency? How many B rated Demotech companies are there?
