So we should just let peeping tom drones hover near our house and peer into the bedroom window or view a young woman/daughter out sun bathing in the back yard?????? I don’t blame the Homeowner for shooting that drone out of the sky. I hope he counter sues and wins a big judgment.
Not at all, Agent. This article says the guy who shot down the drone has been cleared of criminal charges and the drone operator has now filed a suit in Federal Court because he believes the KY Judge erred in his decision. So as it stands now, you can still shoot drones out of the sky if they’re hovering above your home.
I will give you one reply Rosenblatt. Did you happen to notice that I said I hoped the Homeowner counter sued and wins a big judgment or did that fly right over your head? We already knew the guy wasn’t going to be charged for criminal wrongdoing.
The first thing you wrote asked if we should just let peeping tom’s record us using drones. That answer is “no” – my reply simply answered your question and cited the article to support my response. If you do not want a direct answer to your question, just don’t ask the question in the first place.

Yeah, I read your full reply.
