State Auto Says Corrections Underway After Disappointing 2015

    Our car was rear-ended and totaled by a driver insured with State Auto. We have gotten nothing but the run-around from them for the past month. Worst insurance company we have ever dealt with, and I am a transportation manager so I deal with a lot of insurance companies. Be ware anyone considering State Auto for your car insurance.

    Tim, your experience in on par with what we have experienced with State Auto claims for our customers in Texas. We used to represent State Auto, but no more. They really need to “re-do” the whole organization from top to bottom. The sales reps do not know what they are doing, and the claims department seems understaffed, undereducated, and not very friendly.
