This report confirms my assertion that texting while driving is the most irresponsible and dangerous of all driving situations.

Am greatly amused by your arrogant assumption that you know it all.

The thing that you are missing here is a full comparison of ALL driving risks, including but not limited to: drunk driving, driving while stoned/high, drowsy driving, texting, fighting with passengers (yes this happens, ask any taxi driver), road rage (ask former Saint, Will Smith… oh wait you can’t, cause he’s dead from being shot by a rager), and the list goes on.

      Agent,

If that is the case, why is it still legal to text and drive in TX? Maybe they do not care about the wellbeing of their citizens like NY and most other states. Way to lead from behind.

Only your President leads from behind on every issue and you know it. Good thing he is a “short timer” if you even know what that means.
