Free-market logic would suggest that if an industry is struggling to attract talent, it can either invest in automation, or invest in talent, perhaps by increasing wages. Automation is already underway in insurance. What about wages?

Wages will increase when Trump’s agenda is implemented in all areas of the economy. Big, big, slump in the last 8 years.

The insurance world needs to wake up. The only talent problem is the problem with insurance companies and agents holding information like they’re playing poker. It’s almost as if, the old guard wants to maintain some level of mysticism.

In the past, aside from articles targeting specific types of insurance business, I also wrote articles about being an insurance agent and becoming an independent agent noticed that those are some of the most popular articles on my site. In fact I get over 12k visits per month there alone. I was writing content when all the carriers, carrier reps, agents and companies told me things like, “You can’t attract good business on the internet… and high net-worth people don’t shop on the internet…”

When I asked those same people where they got their leads from, I often got the following response: “I purchase them from (insert internet lead company here).” To which I respond by saying, “Where do internet leads come from; the lead fairy?”

Now, when I tell agents that i can help them recruit, they are shocked that I have a list of thousands of names, phone numbers, email addresses of people in Texas that want to become an insurance agent. So, if you want to recruit an agent, reach out to me on TXINSURANCEPRO.COM

I am an experienced Claims Specialist who has been processing health claims for over 25 years. My experience is in demand and I would like to express that when working for a client as a temporary employee working remotely at home or on a travel assignment it’s very challenging and exciting. I do receive most of my employment from the internet which gives you exposure networking. So if anyone is looking for an experienced claims examiner please reach out to me on carolf9543@yahoo.com.
