Notice anything about every single one of these “Senior” Appointments? If not, don’t feel out of sorts, there is unfortunately nothing at all unusual about the fact that every single name on this list is male. No wonder no one wants to go into insurance. So sick of seeing this. Many industries have this problem but insurance seems to have made close to zero progress in overcoming discrimination based on gender. Had I known what an uphill battle this was going to be 30 years ago when I got into this business, I would certainly have found another career option. Very sad.
