Car Sharing? Go on Turo.com and the people putting their cars out call it RENTAL and the people looking for a car call it a RENTAL. Why call it car sharing? Because they don’t want to pay TAXES and SURCHARGES that many Rental Companies have to by law.

This is about as dubious as Liberty Mutual investing in Venezuela.

Until they provide full market value recovery in their insurance, I will never consider renting my car out via Turo again.
