Fort Worth-based State National Companies announced that State National Specialty Insurance Company (SNS) was recently awarded authorizations to write multiple insurance lines in New Jersey and Michigan.
The company said this marks 21 new authorizations for the company in the past four years and gives SNS clients access to 42 states and the District of Columbia.
SNS is approved to write the following lines of insurance in Michigan: casualty: liability, automobile, workers’ compensation, plate glass, sprinkler and water damage, credit, burglary and theft, misc./other; disability; property; ocean marine; inland marine; automobile insurance; and disability coverage supplemental to auto insurance.
The New Jersey authorization includes: fire & allied lines; ocean marine; inland marine; automobile liability (BI); automobile liability (PD); automobile physical damage; aircraft physical damage; other liability; burglary & theft; glass; sprinkler leakage & water damage; smoke or smudge; physical loss to buildings; and mechanical breakdown/power failure.
