Texas-based auto insurance provider Empower Insurance Group announced it is teaming up with numerous independent insurance agents across the state to reach out to families in need this holiday season through the Empower Christmas Wish program.
“Empower Insurance wanted to do something that makes a difference this year and involve our agency base in the process,” said CEO Kerry Sebree. “Thousands of agents and CSRs submitted families and people they know that are struggling this year and shared with us how we could help.”
The program began the week of Thanksgiving, and agents can listen to each week’s Empower Christmas Wish recipient on line at www.empowerins.com/christmaswish/recipient.html.
Sebree said agents have been integral to the success of the program. Agents can still submit families for the Empower Christmas Wish at www.empowerins.com/christmaswish.
Empower Christmas Wish has already helped a number of Texas families, the company said. The Empower Christmas Wish will continue through December 23, 2006.
